Confirm or Change Appointment

We work with the digital assistant Hassy (+31 85 0472 081) to confirm scheduled appointments with you. If Hassy has contacted you, you can confirm your appointment via Hassy. If the appointment is not convenient and you wish to change it, Hassy will connect you with a colleague during office hours or leave a callback request for you.

Outages

Do you have an outage or cable damage? Or do you have a question about your fiber optic connection? Please first contact your service provider. VolkerWessels Telecom only resolves outages on behalf of network administrators. If your internet or television services are not working, you should report this to your service provider.

New Connection

Do you want to request, modify, or remove a new connection? Or do you want to know who your network administrator is?

Other Damage or Complaints

Do you want to report other damage (not related to the cable) or a complaint to us? We do our work carefully, but occasionally, things may go wrong. You can contact us through the contact form below. Note: In case of cable damage, you must first report it to your service provider.
